DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order and contact us at hello@soaptilestudio.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

FULL REFUND:

• Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 10 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund, excluding shipping fees. 

• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in original packaging.

• Any items shrink-wrapped must be returned sealed and unopened for a full refund.

• Return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
